I bought this dryer a few months ago. I would put it on normal and minutes to dry said 63 minutes. My clothes were not dry.
They sent a repair man to look at it. I thought the sensor was broke. He told me to put it on normal and turn off the energy saver which lowered the minutes to dry to 41 minutes to my surprise the drive in 30 to 40 minutes which made me very happy so now I love my dryer

Bought a new LG washer and dryer in November. In late February dryer started chirping off and on while running. Called LG who said after 3 phone calls from me because it was made in 2021 it wasnt under warranty any longer so repairs would be on me. Went back to Appliance Discounters where I purchased it who told me it was under warranty based on when I bought it.

DO NOT DRY ANYTHING with drawstrings. Ive had 4 pair of joggers eaten by where the lint filter is attached to the dryer. There is a noticeable gap between the dryer and the frame of the lint filter holder where the aglet snags and doesnt get released. This generally results in a the drawstring being twisted a good 50 times and b other items in the dryer get tangled into a gordian knot. I would consider this a major design flaw. I wouldnt recommend this dryer to anyone.

DO NOT buy this dryer. Ours stopped heating after just over a year and wont shut off if not unplugged. The #1 worst appliance we ever purchased. Repair person coming out to look at it. Also the sensor never worked we always had to set it to a timed dry or the clothes were very damp. Wish I knew this before purchasing

I chose this dryer after a lot of research on the internet. I wanted a dryer that was reliable easy to use and economical. This dryer checks all the boxes. It has all the necessary features and options in an easy to use package without all the fancy stuff to go wrong. It just works. Ive had it for a while and Im very happy with the selection.

We bought this to match our LG washer. This dryer is excellent. So many options depending on the clothes towels or bedding being dried. The sensors do a great job and our clothes come out fresh and wrinkle free. Highly recommend

After 25 years I replaced my old dryer with the LG DLG7001W. I was a little intimidated at first with all the digital technology but after using it I have to say I am very impressed. This dryer is so quiet and dries your clothes completely in a short amount of time which saves on the gas bill. The dryer is large which accommodates bedding very well. I like the lint filter on the inside as compared to the top in my old dryer. The lint sensor is also helpful when you forget to clean it out. So far I love this dryer and am very happy I chose this model.

I just bought this dryer with the matching washer. I had no idea it didnt have a light inside. Even my 20 year old dryer that I replaced had a light. Had I known this prior I never would have bought it. I wouldnt think this would even be an option. Ive only used it twice so the rating is based on the light at this point. Not happy about that at all. I wished my salesperson would have told me because I never would have purchased a dryer without a light. Very disappointed.

Weve had the LG large capacity Sensor Dry Dryer for over a year now--Ive learned to work with it but still dont like it. Mainly the sensory dry doesnt work well. It stops when the socks are still damp or other items. Then I have to dry them separately. Ive called Customer Service and got a very snippy unhelpful woman so I gave that up. Ive learned to mostly use the timed setting then I can also control what heat level when other setting also wont let me control that. And whats up with having to remember to do the wrinkle free setting why isnt that automatic?? Not our best purchase...

Bought dryer last month so far so good. I enjoy that the dryer runs quietly appreciate the melodic alarm when cycle is complete love the wrinkle free setting we had some issues early on with clothes not being fully dried but we just stopped using the sensor settings definitely took some time to understand all the various settings. The biggest downfall of this dryer is theres no light inside and there is some difficulty getting all the lint out of the trap.

Quiet. Does a good job. Customer service is not familiar with their own product. Difficulty with timed drying. I want to hear a towel for less than 5 minutes and there is no setting for that.

I bought this overt the holidays and have fallen in love with it. Its much faster and more efficient than my previous dryer. It only takes 30 minutes to finish a load. The installation was seamless and they were very friendly. Lots of different features and settings to choose from for a variety of drying conditions

I purchased the air fryer oven a few months ago. I have had this oven at a previous home and a similar one before the air fryer was added. I did use the air fryer setting a couple times on the last one. I probably wont on this one because it is very messy and my small air fryer is perfect for 2. As far as the rest of the stove I am completely pleased. I dont even consider anything but Lg Black Stainless when renovating because it sells the kitchen everyone

The DLG7001W dryer arrived nicely packed in Styrofoam cardboard and blister wrap. When this packaging was opened it was immediately obvious that the dryer was seriously damaged. The entire front control panel was ripped away from its frame and dangling by one edge. The frame edges were bent and warped as if someone had pried the front away from the frame and various wires and connections were dangling. This damage was so extensive that anyone who looked for one second at the item would have seen it. Clearly someone whose job it was to wrap appliances for shipping had simply packaged this damaged appliance without any regard for the problems it would cause when it was delivered in unusable condition. The lack of quality control is appalling.

This dryer is well worth the money. It ia=s easy to operate and is perfect at doing whatever drying job you have.
The one thing that was a slight problem was needing to install a connector just for propane. The installer had to do a lot of work. So just a heads up. This does not detract from a very good product.

I just purchased this dryer from Lowes last week. Delivery was good and easy. The main issues Im having is the instruction book does not show you how to use it. There are so many options that Im struggling to apply all options when drying clothes. Another huge issue for me is the interior light does not come on I may end up returning it due to these issues Im having.

I purchased this a month ago. This model was not available on the show room floor. I do not like the fact that the door either opens to the right or left depending on how you set it up. I do not like this feature at all as I am tired already of picking up my laundry off the laundry room floor as many items fall out when door is open and while pulling items out others fall to the floor. Also on normal dry things do not seem to be that dry. I use Heavy Duty dry to make sure my laundry is dry. My drier vent is clear as I cleared it before new drier was installed.

Ive been happy with most of my LG purchases but this dryer quit heating after 10 months. LG Warranty service was tough to manage. They first set us up with AE and we will never use them again. The worker was rude said the dryer was repaired when it wasnt. Back to LG and two more weeks before Zoro Applicance came out. They were awesome and got it repaired once parts came in. I was without my dryer for about five weeks - thats way too long for a 10-month old item. Im just glad it was still under warranty when it died - I dont know how much all the repairs would have cost. Would I buy LG again? Maybe. No appliances last like they used to right? Frustrating

When my 8 year old dryer needed repairs again I decided to bite the bullet and buy new. As I already owned an LG washer I am super happy with LG was my first choice. I also wanted a basic model. No steam. This model ticked all the boxes. Its roomy quiet has enough choices for my families needs. I was able to have it in 10 days. Easy to hook up. So far its perfect. Now hoping my energy bill.is lower too. Highly recommend.

Large capacity. Easy drying. The auto sense sensor is great. No longer needing to run a dryer for an hour if its dry in 30. The dryer senses the humidity and dampness level and adjusts as needed. Eco mode drys with cool air to start and then heats up as needed. Easy setup and install

Bought LG Washer and Dryer from Best Buy. Delivered and installed as promised. Nice and respectful delivery people. They took away old washer and dryer. My old washer and dryer was 30 years old and the new LG appliances were very modern. I was a little concerned that I would have a problem with the tech. However it was very easy.

We have had this new machine for more than a month and have been very pleased with his performance. We are so glad we switched to gas energy especially after all the gigantic increases in the cost of electricity. The capacity is perfect for even the largest load of laundry. We are also very pleased with the lint filtering system and it filters out two or three times as much lint per wash as our old dryer.

I have been using this dryer for a couple of months and should have returned it immediately. Not sure how it can be considered energy efficient when it needs to be run 2-4 times to get the clothes dry. Only cycle that seems to dry is timed one and I put the time up to an hour. Every other cycle clothes are still wet wen done.
